PM Sogavare appeals to members of SINPF to get your Jab
Solomon Islands Prime Minister Manasseh D Sogavare and Acting Minister of Finance and Treasury call on members of SINPF to get your first and second jab.
Sogavare made the statement in his address at Heritage Park Hotel when he officially announced the 2021 Crediting Rate.
Speaking at the occasion of the announcement of the SINPF Members 2021 Crediting Rate, this year’s Members rate I would also like to use this opportunity to encourage all staff, and members of the SINPF to go for your vaccination as soon as possible.
Prime Minister Sogavare says in order for us to reopen our borders, we must vaccinate up to 90% of the total eligible population in our country of 414,327 people which is 372,895 people.
He said if all members of SINPF were to be vaccinated, we will be able to reach our vaccination target much quicker and reopen our boarders much earlier.

Meanwhile the SINPF Board CEO/General Manager Mike Wate adds the SINPF Board and Management joined the call by Prime Minister and encourage all its members to fully vaccinate so that they can reach the government’s target vaccination rate of 90 percent.
