Tender Notice-Property Contract Maintenance Services

The Solomon Island National Provident Fund Board has a number of outsourced services for General Maintenance Services on its commercial investment properties. To continue to maintain a high level of Service delivery, the Board seeks to engage companies and individuals with demonstrated experience to carry out these services.

Tenders are now invited for eligible Service Providers in the following outlined services;

A.    Cleaning and Landscape

(i)             Internal Cleaning (Commercial Buildings)

(ii)           Landscaping

(iii)          Floral& Pots –Internal Building Beautification

(iv)          Gardening /External Cleaning

B.    General Maintenance and Supplies

(i)             Generator Maintenance and Repairs

(ii)           Air-condition Supply, Installation and Maintenance

(iii)          Swimming Pool Maintenance 

C.    Management Services

(i)             Hibiscus Executive Apartment Facilities Management
