SINPF members can withdraw their savings if they are unfairly dismissed from employment or are being made redundant by the employers.

To qualify;

  • to withdraw under unfair dismissal, the member must produce the Trade Dispute Panel decision, which states the dismal is “Unfair”.
  • under redundancy the members must proof that they are made redundant and do not engage in paid employment for period of three months since made redundant.
